  • We specialize in customized 3D-printed products, prototypes, accessories, and gifts.
  • Product images are for reference only; the actual product may vary slightly in color, texture, or finish due to the nature of 3D printing and materials.
  • Customized orders are made specifically for you and may not be identical to standard catalog items.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our official website only.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
  • We accept [list payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.].
  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to production time, customization, or courier delays.
  • Protoform is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Since most of our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not applicable, except in cases of:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Manufacturing defect or damage in transit
  • Cancellation of an order is only possible within 12 hours of placing it. After this, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.
  • For eligible refunds, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Protoform.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs or products without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Protoform shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
